Fic Retrospective 2020

Looking back, did you write more fics than you thought you would this year, less than you thought, or about what you predicted? More, this was a very productive year for me.
Where did you publish/archive your stories? : At AO3.
What pairing/genre/fandom did you write that you would never have predicted in January 2018? Well, Prodigal Son fics were surprises.
What's your own favorite story of the year? Not the most popular, but the one that makes you happiest? Into The Bloody Water, the latest part in my Therapy AU.
Did you take any writing risks this year? What did you learn from them? I wrote a small plotty gen fic that I never imagined I'd write, A Bloody Mess.
My best story of this year: Damnatio Memoriae, a story where Jon is turned into a statue.
Okay, NOW your most popular story: Significant Other, the soulmate AU for Jon and Elias.
Most underappreciated by the universe, in my opinion: I thought Safe and Sound was great.
Story that could have been better: My story for Consent Issues this year which will be revealed soon. I think it was pretty good but it could have been better.
Most fun story: I had a lot of fun with Handle Not With Care.
Sexiest story: Until You Can't Even Scream was a personal favorite.
Story with single sweetest moment: A Bloody Mess had some heartwarming stuff at the end I think? Also, Like A Shadow By Your Side in my ficlet collection.
"Holy crap, that's wrong, even for you" story: Framed and Pinned, easily, to the point I got flamed for it.
Story that shifted my own perceptions of the characters: None actually.
Hardest story to write: A Bloody Mess was out of my comfort zone and very challenging to write.
Easiest story to write: Bedwarmer came out so easily I should be ashamed of it.
Most overdue story?: I took my sweet time with A Bloody Mess.
Biggest surprise: Weep Not For The Memories. Since when I have written about one-episode characters?

The machine is obscene.
Favorite Closing Line(s):
Simple one from Staring Into The Mirror, a Joncest fic:
And it's Jon who shatters.
Top Scenes from Anywhere You Would Choose to Have Illustrated:
* Jon getting gangbanged from Into The Bloody Water, or him running through the forest in handcuffs.
* Sex doll Tim lying helpless and displayed on the bed in Handle Not With Care.
* Peter and Martin fucking at the club in Gaining Nothing.
Most revealing story: Into The Bloody Water had a few personal touches in it, though not too much.
A story I want remembered: Therapy AU in general, also Handle Not With Care.
Story I haven't yet written, but intend to: Too many.
