The Magnus Archives

Elias Bouchard/Melanie King

My het ship of choice for this fandom. I love the idea that Melanie was attracted to Elias in the beginning and something taking place between them before she found out the truth, but I also love it when they're all hostile against each other and I especially loved the confrontation between them in episode 106 and all the darkness that comes with that.

Prompts:

• Melanie is attracted to Elias before she knows the truth about him. Knowing this, Elias seduces her.


• Elias and Melanie go on a mission/work on something together.


• Melanie thinks she's free of Elias after Elias has been imprisoned. One way or another, he proves her wrong.

Art prompts: Elias looming over Melanie, Elias and Melanie dancing (in a friendly manner or aggressively).

Elias Bouchard/Tim Stoker

I capital-L loved the tense relationship between Elias and Tim in canon, even with the little we saw of it, and I always want more of it. I love the idea of an angry, bitter Tim being forced or forcing himself to submit to Elias, but I'm also up for Tim getting aggressive with Elias and getting overpowered one way or another. Some pre-revelation stuff with Elias messing around with unsuspecting Tim would be lovely also.

Prompts:

• Elias offers Tim stress relief while Tim is being stalked by Jon. It's not so relieving.


• Tim doesn't do his job or anything else at the Institute, so Elias is forced to punish him.


• When Elias is in prison, he gets haunted by dead Tim.

Julia Montauk/Robert Montauk

Julia/Robert was the first ship to catch my attention in The Magnus Archives. I love the whole 'us against the world' thing they have going on, Robert's tenderness with Julia and Julia's faithfulness to her father, and I would love to see the claustrophobic intimacy between them taken one step further.

Prompts:

• Robert and Julia share dreams during Robert's imprisonment. The dreams take on romantic/sexual elements.


• Julia isn't allowed to see Robert during her teen years, but she sends him letters and photographs to keep him up to date about her life.


• The Dark keeps haunting Julia all the way through her adulthood, sometimes taking the form of her father.

Art Prompts: Julia and Robert huddle together in the dark, Julia and Robert meet in prison.

Martin Blackwood/Elias Bouchard

I like this ship the best during Seasons 1-3. I love Elias when he's being a condescending know-it-all and I love it when Martin has no choice but to put up with it. I want to see Elias making young Martin submit to his authority, mess around with Martin who is shacking up at the Institute, turn Martin who knows the truth about him to the most perfect possible devotee to their god. And I'd like Martin to just go along with it all, so he can keep his job, keep looking after his mother, friends or Jon. However, if you want to do something with the imprisoned Elias and the crankier, angrier Martin, I'm all up for that too.

Prompts:

• While Martin is living at the Institute during S1, Elias terrorizes him during nights to feed the Beholding. Afterwards, Elias comforts him.


• Elias faces Martin about his lack of qualifications for the job early on. He makes Martin earn his right to stay in the Institute.


• Martin visits Elias in prison. The visit turns out to be unpleasant.

Art Prompts: Martin kneeling before Elias, Elias comforting a terrified Martin.

Martin Blackwood/Jonathan Sims

I love that Martin is so deeply, hopelessly devoted to Jon, and I love the idea that Jon really, truly loves him back, even if it hasn't been an easy journey for him to get there with his feelings. However, I do think their relationship also has plenty of potential for dysfunction and I would love to see that get explored. If you can walk that fine line between fluff and darkness, all the better.

Prompts:

• Paranoid Jon stalks Martin during his Gertrude investigation, eventually breaking into his apartment.


• Monster!Jon is there to make Martin happy. Why doesn't Martin appreciate that?


• Jon is determined to get Martin out of the influence of the Lonely, so he kidnaps Martin to 'reorient' him.


• Jon from an alternate universe, who has lost his own Martin, kidnaps Martin into his world and holds him captive.

Martin Blackwood/Peter Lukas

My TMA OTP. I have loved every single interaction between them in canon and their developing relationship has been one of the highlights of S4 for me. Gimme all the subtly resistant Martin and Peter who may be emotionally cold but is still heavily invested Martin and even likes him.

Prompts:

• Peter takes Martin away on a boat and terrorizes him at the sea.


• When Martin begs Peter to help his friends during the Flesh attack, Peter demands Martin's complete submission as a price. He gets it.


• Peter has Martin kidnapped and assaults him while he's bound and blindfolded. Afterwards, he "rescues" Martin.


• Martin is a Lukas. This doesn't stop Peter from seducing and fucking him, only to tell him the truth the moment he's inside him.

Art Prompts: Peter and Martin on the deck of the Tundra, Peter looming over Martin.

Peter Lukas/Evan Lukas

I like to imagine Peter as either Evan's much older brother (think 20-year age difference) or a cousin and having all kinds of possessive feelings towards him, while Evan at most loves Peter platonically. Just give me all the unhealthy obsession with these two.

Prompts:

• As far as Peter is considered, Evan has always belonged to him. When Evan tries to break free from the family, Peter sets out to take back what is his.


• Evan, knowing that he's going to die, wants Peter to protect Naomi after he's gone. Peter agrees to do it if Evan sleeps with him.


• Evan was sacrificed as part of a Lonely ritual. After the failure of the ritual, he shows up to haunt Peter.

Art Prompts: Peter watching over Evan, Peter haunted by Evan's spectre.

Simon Fairchild/Martin Blackwood

My newest TMA ship! I absolutely adored Simon and the meeting between him and Martin, Simon's amusement with Martin and relentless flirting with him and Martin's snark and crankiness (along with a bit of fear) with Simon and I would love to see Simon messing around with Martin a little more.

Prompts:

• After winning a bet against Peter, Simon earns the right to play with Martin.


• Simon and Martin end up working together. Simon flirts relentlessly with hapless Martin, and perhaps does something more.


• Martin is visiting an amusement park and has the misfortune of running into Simon. Hijinks ensue.

Art Prompts: Simon and Martin falling together, Simon freaing Martin out.

Tim Stoker/Martin Blackwood

I love this pairing a lot. I like them the best in S3 when Tim is all bitter and angry and Martin is helpless and lost, but I'm also dying to see some post-S3 takes on them where Tim either survives The Unknowing as a monster of The Beholding or visits Martin as a ghost.

Prompts:

• Worst case scenario has become true: instead of dying, Tim becomes a monster of the Beholding.


• Tim, pissed off about not being able to leave the institute, takes his frustrations out on Martin.
  
• As Martin falls under Peter's influence, Tim tries to reach out to him as a ghost. They manage to be together in Martin's dreams.


• When Tim and Martin get stuck in Michael's corridors, they are stuck there for a very long time. Tim loses his mind a bit there.

Bill Cipher & Wendy Corduroy

So in his Reddit AMA, Bill says that Wendy's mother is his dream woman. What is that all about? I headcanon that Bill had something to do with why Wendy's mom isn't around and I would love to see him mess around with Wendy too, whether the mom is brought up or not. Let's see Wendy lose that cool for a change.

Prompts:

• Wendy finds summonng instructions for Bill and tries them out.


• Young Wendy is haunted by Bill in her dreams.


• Wendy wants to know what happened to her mother. She makes a deal with Bill to find out and regrets it deeply.

Bill Cipher/Ford Pines

My Gravity Falls OTP. I love the wide-eyed ingenue Ford utterly adoring his supposedly-benevolent Muse, I love Ford knowing the truth and being determined to stop Bill at all costs and secretly loving him anyway while Bill is out to get him, I love Bill setting out to make Ford his at the Weirdmageddon. I just love them, period, and I'd love anything for them.

Prompts:

• Bill teaches Ford a skill which involves getting physically close to him, which leads to intimacy.


• Bill shows Ford how wonderful possession can be. It's not so wonderful.


• Post-betrayal, Bill tries to convince Ford to come back to him. They argue back and forth in Ford's dreams, Ford holds to his guns but is conflicted.


• During the portal years, Bill and Ford end up in a place where they can't commit violence against each other. They take each other on through sex instead.

Art Prompts: Bill and Ford dancing aggressively, giant Bill holding Ford in his arms.

Final Fantasy VII

So these three are my favorite characters on the game and I love to see both Tifa and Cloud paired with Barret and all three of them together. With Tifa and Barret, I enjoy their friendship and their history together and with Cloud and Barret I enjoy the development of their relationship during the game, and when it's all three of them together, I would like to see them all work together for their happily ever after.

Prompts:

• Cloud is haunted by the memory of Sephiroth. Tifa and Barret comfort him.


• Cloud, Tifa and Barret try to become a family together with Marlene.


• One of them gets sick. The other two look after them.

Any/Any & Someone (Or Something) Following Them

This is going to be an annoyingly vague request on my part, but I'm interested in seeing where you take this bare bones concept. It could be a human or a monster or some other entity, it could be benevolent or malicious, whatever you like, I'm up for anythimg. All configurations (M/M + F, F/F/F etc.) welcome.

Prompts:

• A couple is traveling through a forest during the night. A monster follows them home.


• An unknown entity started haunting the couple at their first home. They keep moving, but the entity keeps following them.


• A stalker is obsessed with the couple and follows their every move.


• A couple takes off to the sea on a ship. They think they're all alone, but they aren't.

Art prompts: A couple and the third party in a dark forest at night, a couple and the third party at the sea with couple on the boat and the third party somewhere else (or perhaps on the boat?), a couple relaxing at their home while they'e being watched.

Monster Child of Rape/Man Who Gave Birth to the Monster

Note: This is a horror only prompt for me.

I think the monster child here could either utterly inhuman or pass for a human looks-wise. Either way, I'm imagining that the monster child is naturally attracted to its father and wants to mate with him, while the father is reluctant and desperately trying to be just a parent to his inhuman child. I'd prefer the child to be a male but it's not necessary, no appearance requests.

Prompts:

• The man is fresh off giving birth to his monster child. Before his eyes, it grows into an adult in matter of minutes, and is ready to mate with him.


• The man is trying to raise his monster child. As the child becomes sexually mature, it starts to court its father.


• The monster child spies on its father while he is showering or changing clothes. One day, the man wakes up in the middle of the night with his child looming over him.

Art Prompts: Father and monster child spooning in bed, monster child watching over his father.

Witch/Witch (F/F)

This request is going to be frustratingly vague on my part, but I'm pretty much up to anything with this. I'm up for two young witches who are training getting together, I'm up for two adult witches getting together, I'm up for a master and apprentice getting together. I'm up for friends and enemies and frenemies. Anything goes. I'll have some prompts if you want pointers.

Prompts:

• Two young witches practice spells together.


• Two young witches are apprentices to an older witch and are competing to impress her. As they struggle for dominance, they develop feelings for each other.


• One witch tries to live in secrecy, the other is open about what she is. When the latter gets into trouble, the former has to decide whether she wants to keep on blending with normal humans or stand by her fellow witch's side.


• A mentor tries to teach something to their apprentice. The lesson gets more intimate than either of them expected.

Art prompts: Witches perform a spell together, witches with their familiars, witches having a sexy stand-off.

Jasper/Lapis Lazuli
Pearl/Rose Quartz
Pink Diamond/White Diamond

I love all these pairings for their potential for dysfunction and darkness. I love the powerplay in Lapis/Jasper, the codependence in Pearl/Rose and the twisted mother/daugher dynamic of Pink and White. I do like the potential for tenderness in Pearl/Rose, however, and do see the potential for htat in the other two ships as well.

Good Omens

Gabriel/Aziraphale

Crowley/Aziraphale is a long-time love of mine, but it was Gabriel/Aziraphale that caght my attention. I love Gabriel's sleaziness and I love how Aziraphale tries to be polite around him, and I would love to see something done with that dynamic. I would prefer Aziraphale to have a bit of edge though and Gabriel to not be total Dead Dove: Do Not Eat monster.

Prompts:

• Gabriel gets too touchy at the bookstore.


• Gabriel with captured Aziraphale.

She-Ra and the Princesses of Power

Shadow Weaver/Glimmer

My dirtybadwrong ship of choice for this fandom. I love the idea of Shadow Weaver being out to corrupt Glimmer, who in turn can't resist the allure of power and perhaps of Shadow Weaver herself. Anything goes for these two.

Prompts:

• Shadow Weaver teaching Glimmer magic.. intimately.


• All the handholding.


• Glimmer visiting Shadow Weaver in her cell.

Hordak/Entrapta

I had my eyes on Hordak/Entrapta ever since S2 and I was so glad to see their relationship develop further in S3. I love the idea of Entrapta being the one person who Hordak has a soft spot for (while still remaining, you know, a nasty villain) while Entrapta accepts Hordak as his horrible self.. or thinks of him as an interesting lab rat, haha. Anything goes for these two.
